OMG what terrible service. My return was already paid for and included a padded envelope per the FedEX instructions. The lady behind the counter refused to help, or supply a padded envelope, and would not answer my question if they had run out and I needed to go to another store. Would avoid this store again at all costs. 0 stars is more than they deserve.
Call before going. Everybody left/called in sick.
Just visited this FedEx shipping center. After watching six people stand around, staring at me for what seemed like 5 minutes, eventually one came over and asked if they could help. I asked for an estimate to ship a box, keep in mind I had the box in hand ready to send if the price was right. The genius behind the counter told me “to give you an estimate will take a long time”….
