nothing to do with this location, but i had a package pickup question and needed to talk to an associate on the phone - The AI phone system left me messing around for thirty minutes and I still couldn’t get through to a real person for a 10 second question if it were a human. Leaving this feedback hoping fedex will get rid of their AI slop phone service 👍
Took over half hr to mail an envelope The system is/was extremely slow . the admin gal was fine & was Knowledgeable but she can only go as fast as the system will allow & she was apologetic . Motto is ….don’t be in too big a hurry when wanting to send something
somehow manages to never deliver the package to the right house
