Staff is indifferent and just plain rude. They operate with a 'FU take it or leave it' customer service model. I left and took my business to Purolator, who shipped the package for $280 less than FedEx wanted and were a pleasure to deal with. Looking for the Zero star rating option
Paid for 2 day delivery and it took 6 days, terrible service . No refund either. Never again.
Just take my package straight to staples and text me when it's there. The phony updates and delivery dates and sorry we missed yous is nothing but inconvenient. I can't decide whose worse, purolator or fedex, and I would rather have the East Indian fellow delivering my Amazon package from a dodge caravan -- at least he's honest and usually on time.
Paid online, then my fiance paid at the door not knowing, and they said it didn't go through when it did. Have literally been on the phone three times and emailing and they keep saying I wasn't double charged when I have receipts. I don't understand why they wouldn't have seen the first transaction and not made my fiance pay as well.
Easy drop off at Staples! Got a printed receipt too. Line up a bit long, but all good.
