Polite helpful and direct
The people inside the Staples are great and are very helpful; however, the drivers refuse to deliver and there's no recourse other than writing a bad review. I don't mind if they were just honest and stated they didn't bother, but I can't stand when they lie over and over, three months in a row now.
Either the weigh scales are broken, or staff tampering with it. Either way, I am getting charged more than I should, some are double the cost. So far, I am out $80 because of fedex.
