Better than Canada Post which is on Strike!
AWFUL experience! The driver didn't even bother to call me when they arrived and I sat around waiting ALL DAY for an important package, then I'm told after 30 minutes of on HOLD that I have to wait til Monday to get it. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.
I bought a product and it didn't work on my vehicle. I was returning the item through a return label I got for free from the company. The worker at this location didn't use my return label that was provided by the company correctly. Because of this it was shipped back to my house instead of back to them in the States. I went in the second time and asked them to send it again to the right place this time. They told me that my label had been used and can't be used again.
