Would not take a package because the “box was too big”. There is no reason why they could not have taken it. If they want to be a shipping agent, the. They need to be able to do the job. Not just take small packages.
The service is good. But it's hard to navigate the site to find where your preferences are to leave deliveries when I not available
Using this location to ship an international package was like performing brain surgery with a toothpick. It was denied at customs and returned to me. Now I have to fill out a form to get my money back and use another courier to ship my package. Improper customs forms being filled out. Run far away from this joke of a location.
