Their website never gives an accurate time frame, and 10/10 times they’re always late delivering. Purolator, Loomis and DHL blow it out of the water in terms of reliability. Avoid fedex they’re terrible.
Useless, waiting all morning just to get notified I need to pick up after waiting for delivery for a week, no paper no notice just app telling me “pending pick up”, thanks for nothing
Living with a disability i must use delivery services for many of my purchase especially if it is heavy. FexEx has delivered to me with no problems before. This time i got no phone call or emails just a sticker on my door even though i waited all day for the delivery. I phoned FedEx and explained my problem and asked them to try and deliver my package again, and they said the would. This morning i got a message that i would have to pick the package up myself. Now i have one less company i can trust to deliver packages.
