Won’t stop talking on the phone in his language. Absolutely rude to me. Refused to help me. Made me really upset. I will never go back there again. If people wanna live in Canada they have to learn good manners and not be super rude to clients.
So get this...it's easier for this company, to send a package back to the shipper in Ontario! than it is to deliver a package to an address just 14km away from them! I quote one of their core values: "FedEx is committed to providing high-quality, reliable, and efficient logistics and transportation services. They focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences and exceeding expectations" Bravo to the leadership for living your core values!
