Delivery today, July 26, 2024, but they can not find the address that Rogers wireless knew for more than 25 years. I'm frustrated, but there's nothing I can do. It's their complicated system. Rescheduled next Monday. But today, Saturday morning, it's delivered!. I'm happy now. I would give them 5 stars (used to be 1) for doing a good job.
Completely ignored buzzer. Didn't try to call once. Over night package took 10 business days to deliver. Had to go on vacation without phone. Cannot believe this level of "professionalism" stoops so low EDIT - near 3 weeks later and they only thing they can tell me is "We dont know where your package is"
Their drivers seem to have problems reading addresses and tell the difference between a business and a resident. No point in complaining because they will just open and close the file without actually looking into it.
Outstanding customer service! Manager Joji Abraham is super friendly and goes above and beyond!
