Never know what you’re paying for with this company. Duty fees show up months later with know details for what items your paying it for. I building a track car and ordered well over 50 pieces for all over the world with different carriers , by far the worst in terms of payments…how about you keep the box next time until I pay!

Service de livraison déplorable sur le Charlevoix, c'est quand ça les arrangent, ils vous envoient un courriel pour payer des soit disant droits de douanes qui sont le double de UPS ou de DHL !!!!!!!, ils vous annoncent par courriel qu'ils passent livrer aujourd'hui et ils livrent jusqu'a 3 jours après leur courriel en vous annonçant des excuses bidons (tempête de neige, pluie, manque de personnel etc), Bref le FEDEX que nous connaissions dans les années 2000/2010 n'existe plus depuis longtemps, une escroquerie tout simpleme... read more
