Worst service ever. Our mail was returned to sender before 5 business days were up and we were lied to twice that they would deliver when it had already been sent back. I have reordered and asked them not to use this service this time
I got a notification to pay duty fees from FedEx. Spent an hour trying to pay them using FedEx's link only to find the site kept rejecting my postal code. Ended up calling customer service and got a rep that spoke so quickly in badly enunciated English that she was completely unintelligible. Worst customer service interaction I have ever had! If my only choice in the future is FedEx I will do without the product.
I found the FedEx deliveries to be well noted , on time and easy to find. Thank you FedEx!
