I had a package that I was shipping to the USA with FedEx. The first time I went there they sent my package back to me because they said the commercial invoice wasn’t clear enough to read but it was definitely clear enough to read. Maybe whoever sent it back needs glasses. So I went back with a new commercial invoice that couldn’t be clearer and a new shipping label.
