Did not deliver my package and cannot connect to a human being over the phone. Outrageously horrible system and service.
I had a very disappointing experience with FedEx. A package was marked as delivered and signed for by someone who was not me, and I never received the package. I did not authorize anyone else to accept or sign for this delivery. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to get adequate assistance from FedEx customer service to resolve the issue.
