Literally the worst. These people cannot do their jobs.
Did not deliver my package and cannot connect to a human being over the phone. Outrageously horrible system and service.
I had a very disappointing experience with FedEx. A package was marked as delivered and signed for by someone who was not me, and I never received the package. I did not authorize anyone else to accept or sign for this delivery. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to get adequate assistance from FedEx customer service to resolve the issue. Incompetent and lack process for people picking up packages. They couldn’t find my package after I waited for them to look for it for over 40 minutes. The package room is a complete mess so no wonder it took them 40 minutes to realize it wasn’t there. They couldn’t find it because they let fedex take it back 1 day after it was delivered and I therefore had to call fedex to get the package re delivered back here.
