Was sent back and forth between the printing and shipping desks while carrying a large parcel as neither was able to assist me. When I finally showed them what I needed, staff member pointed at the printers and said you have to do that first and walked away. Both desks prioritized incoming phone calls over the people standing right in front of them. The poor woman working the shipping deal was running from there to the cashes so I had to wait 10 minutes to be helped. Perhaps you need more staff on to provide better service.
