I had a return through FedEx and I went to the authorized shipping center located in Staples Ajax, Harwood South just a while ago. After dropping the package I asked a simple question to the person in charge ‘how many days it takes to deliver?’ She said ‘I don’t know’ with a frown on her face. Then she added ‘you should track using ID’ (well I know that part please).
