Warning to anyone wanting to use this location.The most awful FedEx authorized ship centre that I’ve ever had to deal with. A parcel arrived priority overnight and was delayed by four days because FedEx agent in staples had misplaced the package.It was only after I was going to open a police case for theft that they looked at the the video surveillance cameras to see who,when and what agent had misplaced it even though one of FedExs agents in staples had signed for it-pathetic really as it was suppose to be held at location ... read more

The young lady was Very helpful and patient . I wasn't expecting it to go smooth after seeing the line up. But she handled it professionally and it moved pretty quick.
