I went to leave for work a couple days ago and they had a van with a man in a FedEx uniform parked across my driveway. When I asked the guy to move he asked me to “wait if it was possible”. I didn’t really have a choice as I couldn’t leave. He went and delivered packages across the street and then proceeded to “thank me for waiting”. As if I could have left anyways.
Not impressed with this company. Package was not delivered even though it was on the truck.
waited unnecessarily long for my package just for it to be delivered to a completely different house. not happy.
