Missing packages, In December/24 & at present, 2nd package has gone missing as these were expensive items. I feel that these were stolen. I receive hundreds of packages by mail. I have never had a problem. The only two delivery experiences of missing packages have been from FedEx. & Terrible customer service no one can be reached. Package just always seemed to disappear at Mount Pearl NLfacility site.
According to the website my package was suppose to be here on the 3rd of October. It is now the 7th and it's been in Mount Pearl for 4 days for what reason? It doesn't take that long to get a package from Mount Pearl to central. Hasn't updated the tracking nor can I get an answer about why it's taking so long. absolutely useless. Even paid extra for "Expedited shipping".
The ship center was fine. The company itself was a nightmare. I paid $100 to send time sensitive documents to the US and they were lost for three days. My docs arrived too late. I can not use a company that I can't trust with important matters.
