According to the website my package was suppose to be here on the 3rd of October. It is now the 7th and it's been in Mount Pearl for 4 days for what reason? It doesn't take that long to get a package from Mount Pearl to central. Hasn't updated the tracking nor can I get an answer about why it's taking so long. absolutely useless. Even paid extra for "Expedited shipping".
The ship center was fine. The company itself was a nightmare. I paid $100 to send time sensitive documents to the US and they were lost for three days. My docs arrived too late. I can not use a company that I can't trust with important matters.
Useless system. Delay delay delay and never answer a question
As of fall 2023 the google maps and addresses for FedEx are not correct. Fedex customer service are not able to help or direct you to the nearest pickup terminal and cannot remove signature requirements from packages that are not going out for delivery. I got the customer service person to elevate the problem and 2 different FedEx representatives reached out to me in an attempt to resolve the problem and were unable to. Please stay away, would not recommend.
