Fast, efficient, and polite
Horrible service at the shipping counter. Twelve people in line and they refuse to have a second employee help, even rudely telling a customer "no"! Why not allow pre-labeled packages to be dropped off? Staples presumably gets paid by FedEx, UPS, etc. for this service, so why do such a poor job? Avoid this place at all costs. Better go to FedEx in St-Hubert yourself.
