I shipped out a box as a gift from this location to US for my friend wishing it will arrive before Christmas. I tracked my package exactly on the estimated delivery date that they gave me and I was surprised as it hasn’t moved(package is still on this location) and hasn’t picked up’d yet as confirmed by the CS. I will be calling fedex once again as it will be 2 weeks now from the day it was shipped. Will not be using fedex anymore on this location. So disappointing.
