Maybe I just came at a good time, but I didn't have any of the mess that other reviewers had. Staff was attentive and I had no issues shipping my package. Also the shipping and copy centers are completely different things, the FedEx counter is at the back of the store.
It’s now done with Staples new shipping services. Very simple and easy process for my return.
unnecessary lineup just to drop off a package. They should have a drop off box.
