I ordered a package. FedEx said they couldn't deliver it cuz it was the wrong address. I checked it was the correct address and confirmed that with the shipper. After that I asked if they could drop it off at a FedEx location at Kent building supplies. They said the package was there. I went there. The package was not there. I called FedEx. They confirmed that it's there. Mind you I asked to talk to a live representative and it put me through to an AI training bot. The training bot lied to me. Impossible to contact FedEx itself. The agent wasn't able to help me, although it should have been able to.
I wish I could give negative stars for complete and useless delivery service who never delivers on time, on the right date and I'm surprised they can even get the month right.
