Impossible to contact FedEx itself. The agent wasn't able to help me, although it should have been able to.
I wish I could give negative stars for complete and useless delivery service who never delivers on time, on the right date and I'm surprised they can even get the month right.
It’s really frustrating when postponing the delivery several times ,and delivery tracking tool notify that their delivery agent knocked the door with no response, while we where at home all the time waiting to recieve the parcel !!!! Terrible service !!! Worst than that is the website that take you to the useless virtual assistant , and even does’t let you to choose the pick up location !!! How many more days you want to waste our time to deliver a small parcel?!!!
