The worst service ever. They caused my package to be stuck because they didn’t put the right information and details. Teach your employees their job well before putting them to deal with customers!
Not sure why some of these comments are unsatisfied with the level of customer service, but the girl who assisted me was very pleasant and offering. She even shipped my package when my return label was issued 3 weeks prior to when I dropped it off. Lastly, she printed a hard copy of my receipt for me without asking.
The delivery guy stole my package and they didn’t even help me. Not to mention all of the staff were very rude and acting like it was my fault my package didn’t get to me. They didn’t even call or support me in any way about the problem they caused. Worst ever.
