Amazing customer service and no wait times. Employee was very helpful
FedEx has really declined in the past year. I have packages that were never attempted delivery, no door tag, and no calls. I opened the cases with customer service, who claimed that will attempt delivery, but still nothing happened. I emailed to ask about it after another week of wait time, and it just gets closed claiming they have had attempted delivery despite not being notified. I strongly believe their service no longer delivers, and enforces items to be picked up.
