Awful tracking system. The site said my scheduled delivery date was yesterday. Obviously, since I'm waiting for a large piece of furniture I stayed home expecting the item instead of spending my Saturday doing anything else. The item didn't arrive and then the system removed the scheduled delivery date. I tried contacting the company but could never make it past their beyond useless automated assistance bot. The chat bot and phone bot won't give customer service hours and if you ask for one the system simply will not connect... read more
I am totally DISAPPOINTED inthe FedEx guy(St John NB) who just delivered my item at my apartment entrance, which is not safe. instead of my apt door. Description on the online site I purchased the item says APARTMENTS DOOR. Since when did FedEx stop delivering at apt doors?
