The driver didn’t even try to buzz my apartment …. Didn’t try to deliver! I watched them arrive! Left a note without even trying to contact me! FedEx should know that their drivers are wasting gas and time! Blatant insubordinate behaviour! Like how lazy do you have to be!!!! 0/5!
Staff not helpful at all. My first and surely last experience with them.
