No humans to talk to
We only had an issue that they couldn't scan the qr code from the phone, and we have to print it, the ammount was $0.21, its not a big issue, the thing is the time you need to have in order to print the document, around 5 min. All good for us, just letting you guys know, staff very friendly and professional.
Used the express option and paid for it as well. Have been sitting at my desk watching my package not move for 4 days because it's been sitting in this place. Have opened two investiagtions that have gone nowhere. This is the worst delivery company.
