Brought 2 packages for cheapest option for shipment (Employee tells me 8lbs 12x8x6 box to Toronto 60$ and for 1 lbs 3x3x3 box to Halifax for 95$ (both with tracking), believing I was asking a legit question to why the second package was so expensive compare to the other one to ship he told me because it was further away and that it takes more fuel. I then told the employee that I normally pay between 35-45$, why double? No explanation beside cost of fuel went up, zero transparency it's really sad. Not recommending this Fedex... read more
