Now Fedex don’t delivery at home any more. I keep buying on the same websites as always and they always say that the address is incomplete or the phone number is missing, when it is clear the same I always used. They just don’t wanna have the work to take it out of the delivery truck. They just leave a note in your door, so you can do their work. That is what makes me upset, if you don’t wanna do your job, leave. There is lots of people out there looking and needing jobs like that
HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! Beyond disorganized in their deliveries. Do NOT use their services!

Staff need training on the Fedex service they offer. They did not know what waybills are nor where they keep them. Employee had to call their boss to help. Similar issues with understanding pick up/drop off procedures with other staff. Location and hours are convenient if they can learn how to offer Fedex services. If owner wants to set up, contact either fedex who should already be reviewing their services, or @ryancartiers to learn about with TWI Job Instruction.
