Very disappointing delivery experience I provided my phone number for the delivery and was expecting my package around 10:20 AM. Instead, FedEx came around 8:00 AM and left a delivery notice on my door without calling or sending a text message. If the driver had contacted me, I could have easily arranged to receive the package. Changing the expected delivery time by more than two hours without any attempt to contact me is very frustrating. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, but my experience was great. Assuming it’s more to do with people only reviewing when something bad happens than when it goes well.
This is the worst delivery company in the world. Even after calling to give specific delivery instructions, buzzer and all included. The driver never attempted to deliver my package but hit delivered? Only for FedEx Ai to call me to inform me that I need to go pick up my package? You guys are the actual worst! Ew No wonder you have 2 stars! If you don’t want your packages? Please use FedEx.

The worst ever. The driver are lazy and will leave a note without even attempting to deliver. They will indicate “couldn’t deliver due to no buzzer code” on the note but the buzzer code is always added and delivery instructions will be ignored. I wish they would just go out of business already and stop messing with people’s time, if I order something online I do not want to take time out of my day to go pick it up because the delivery drivers at this company won’t do their jobs.
