The worst ever. The driver are lazy and will leave a note without even attempting to deliver. They will indicate “couldn’t deliver due to no buzzer code” on the note but the buzzer code is always added and delivery instructions will be ignored. I wish they would just go out of business already and stop messing with people’s time, if I order something online I do not want to take time out of my day to go pick it up because the delivery drivers at this company won’t do their jobs.

This guy should loose his access as an authorized FedEX center. It clearly states the dimension and weight they’re supposed to accept on the website and he refused to take a package thats well with the weight limit.
