They have no clue what they are doing or advising their customers. After driving back to them (1/2 hour drive) upon their advice on the phone, they tell me they can’t help! The ignorant manager then tells me I’m rude when I tell her my opinion about her ignorance. Use another location and don’t waste your time and gas!
If FedEx is “delivering” your package expect it to NOT be delivered at all. You will most likely have to pick it up yourself, doesn’t matter if you added delivery instructions and buzzer code, they won’t even bother trying to deliver you package. These people get paid to piss you off and drive around leaving notes when your package is literally in the back.
Came here to drop off a fedex package. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and made sure I properly attached the correct documentation (and number of copies) to the parcel. I was only charged for the photocopies (reasonable), and was on my merry way. Thank you !
Extremely poor service was more worried about the phone customer than the 4 people in line. When asking for id lady ripped it out of my hands and was extremely rude. I would avoid at all costs !!
