Was on the phone and did not know how to take a prepaid package and merely scan it in. Edenwold location is much better.
No issues dropping off a FedEx package, quick and friendly service from the young man.
The first time I came here to ship a parcel, I had to pay $5 for one of their plastic mailing bags. Since I needed it and they had it available, I was okay with that. The second time I came back, I brought my own box and only needed a small piece of tape to seal it. However, the staff refused to let me use even a short strip and insisted that I had to buy a full roll of tape. This left a very bad impression.
Friendly staff
I had a terrible experience here that I wanted to share. First, as I enter the store the lady at the front desk didn’t acknowledge me at all, I didn’t mind too much but still said Hi just to receive a grunt in response. I express that I just need to ship something and i’m thrown a piece of paper with no explanation, just to fill it out.
