It was very frustrating trying to find a FedEx location to drop off a shipment.
Takes you to the centre of the parking lot. I call to figure out why and I get this Ai call centre hell. No option to talk to a real person just endless ai crap. The fedex sign wasn't visible on the actually building it's called "Budget Printing" beside Memory Express. Fedex you need to revise your ai customer service system it's so frustrating and completely unusable.
They have no clue what they are doing or advising their customers. After driving back to them (1/2 hour drive) upon their advice on the phone, they tell me they can’t help! The ignorant manager then tells me I’m rude when I tell her my opinion about her ignorance. Use another location and don’t waste your time and gas!
If FedEx is “delivering” your package expect it to NOT be delivered at all. You will most likely have to pick it up yourself, doesn’t matter if you added delivery instructions and buzzer code, they won’t even bother trying to deliver you package. These people get paid to piss you off and drive around leaving notes when your package is literally in the back.
Came here to drop off a fedex package. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and made sure I properly attached the correct documentation (and number of copies) to the parcel. I was only charged for the photocopies (reasonable), and was on my merry way. Thank you !
