I went to deliver a package internationally using FedEx, and the owner and his assistance were no help. They gave me the form to fill out, but when I had questions about what to put in specific fields, they weren't helpful in letting me know or giving me examples. I had also explicitly stated I want to ship using FedEx, but they, without my knowledge or consent, decided to create shipping labels and send the package with DHL instead, and when I brought it up they said FedEx would be more expensive - they never even told me a... read more
