This guy from the beginning was very rude and didn’t care, he was saying I was the problem (although I think he meant my package, yet his wording his horrible) and provided absolutely no help in resolving the problem. When asking again about what to do, he stated “I don’t care what you do” so I told him I’ll take my business elsewhere.

my product is lost... and fortunately, he doesn't offer receipts to prove that it's been dropped there. So, if you go there and lose your merchandise, you are just an idiot like me. .....too bad I didn't read the reviews before going $200 lesson
