The automated service is ridiculously I’m saying something it’s asking over over punched in number still telling me over Do better fedex local number would be better
FedEx driver's will leave negative reviews to small local business it you call to address their lack of service. They are not customers but they review their clients online as a way to prevent them from filing complaints. FedEx HQ will do nothing about it.
Their customer service is a poorly optimized automated system that doesn’t understand anything. The driver logged that they had attempted to make the delivery but we did not receive a notice and we were not notified that anyone was attempting to make a delivery. When trying to call and arrange a pick up, as we won’t be available the next day, the automated system failed to understand that someone may not be available and that we needed to speak to a human.
