Fedex delivery driver did not buzz my apartment yet still got into the building, knocked on the door but did not leave the package (didn’t require signing or additional charges) yet left a note OUTSIDE the building…. This needs to be addressed with delivery drivers cause the stupidity on this was real

If i could give all fed x offices and online support teams 0 stars i would . Every experience gets worse and worse. The online computer programming is atrocious and when u get ahold of anyone on the phone you can't understand any english words .
