Fed x came to the door when my daughter answered the door driver was back at the truck and would not give here the package because he said he was on break. The she could literally touch the package on his floor. That was two days ago still don’t have my package. I am angry. I will let shipper know how I feel about this and ask for my shipping fee to be refunded.
Worst experience no one will answer the phone no matter how many times I ask to speak to a representative. Just hangs up no customer service at all
Fedex is such a disappointment I've been on the phone for an hour to try and figure out where my package is and there not evening helping me... they got no phone to send it over to my address apparently they need phones they need a better system
