Fedex is such a disappointment I've been on the phone for an hour to try and figure out where my package is and there not evening helping me... they got no phone to send it over to my address apparently they need phones they need a better system
Fast friendly staff
Fedex delivery driver did not buzz my apartment yet still got into the building, knocked on the door but did not leave the package (didn’t require signing or additional charges) yet left a note OUTSIDE the building…. This needs to be addressed with delivery drivers cause the stupidity on this was real
