Always ask for a receipt if you pay at your own door. Otherwise they'll make you pay twice, and refuse to investigate how your first payment "magically disappeared".

I've been to this store a couple of times, and the service is always poor. The first time I wandered around the store for 20 mins searching for a day planner, with no one in sight until I ventured to the computer section. Then the staff was very 'helpful' wanting to sell me a top of the line computer. Dude, if you won't help with a day planner, I'm not buying a computer from you. Very busy with Amazon returns& copying services. Could use more hands-on staff at the counter. The associate was pleasant but overly busy.

I had a great experience at the FedEx counter inside Staples, although I don't think that the customers ahead of me did. I could tell by their comments that they had been waiting quite a while. I just walked in at the right time. Probably one of the many businesses that don't hire enough staff at the expense of the customers.
