I've been to this store a couple of times, and the service is always poor. The first time I wandered around the store for 20 mins searching for a day planner, with no one in sight until I ventured to the computer section. Then the staff was very 'helpful' wanting to sell me a top of the line computer. Dude, if you won't help with a day planner, I'm not buying a computer from you.
