Worst place ever, never going to staples or best again. Tried to fed ex my middle sons watch to Vancouver island, which of course he left behind, walked into staples store & with accurate signs went to left shipping fed x .told other side of store , spent 10 minutes in line, .. it gets worse,, the bearded young man asked me why I was in line, quickly told him to send a watch to Victoria BC…ignored my comment & went on seriously serving a costumer. There is no lack of urgency for their customers. They claimed to be short staffed. Excluding myself I seen two other customers in the store. It appeared like the employees did not want to be there.
Always ask for a receipt if you pay at your own door. Otherwise they'll make you pay twice, and refuse to investigate how your first payment "magically disappeared".
