Déçu pas vite pour servir les clients. Attendre un bout de temps juste pour emporter une boîte de retour déjà étiquetée FedEx d'un compagnie. Une personne pour servir ridicule.
I went to return 2 amazon packages. Amazon told me that I just have to bring it there and to tell them it's free. I had to get angry to have them find boxes to return my packages and I had to tape the parcels myself because the employee wasn't even able to tape my parcel properly when it's her main job... I don't even know what are the requirements to work there but they clearly should be higher or not be open in the first place.
Very bad customer service. Lazy to even answer your question!
