Awful place. Their sub manager Lisa lost my expensive package, made me run for two weeks and then instead of serving the client properly she yelled and called me names. People stay away from this place, your packages will be lost and money gone. No solution from FedEx, they steal packages.

Malgré que le personnel ait été courtois au téléphone, je ne suis pas satisfait du service de livraison. La livraison de mon colis n'a jamais été faite. Je n'ai pas reçu de notification et ils ont retourné mon colis à l'expéditeur prétextant que le délai avait été dépassé. Toute une saga et une déresponsabilisation de FedEx. Expérience très décevante.
The employees tell you to go to Poste Canada instead of doing business with Fedex! Ridiculous!
