AVOID FEDEX AT ALL COST I waited at home & refreshed the tracking page every couple minutes just to have them put a «Sorry we missed you» sticker without ever attempting to deliver. No knocking on the door, no ringing the bell, NOTHING. Not the first time this is happening either. I paid to have the package delivered, not to have to go it up myself. BEYOND DONE WITH YOU FEDEX.
Super service! First time using FedEx and I was seeing different reviews online, but I definitely had a very good service at this store. :)
I received excellent service from the staff and they were very helpful. Before coming here, I visited several Fedex branches in SuperC and was ignored until I was forced to leave because the staff there didn't know how to work. If I ever need Fedex service, I'll definitely come here.
