I pad almost 80 $ to receive my parcel in two days because it was a medical equipment that I use on a daily base and therefore it was very important to receive it as soon as possible. The owner refused the parcel at the time of delivery because I had to send the parcel to my prvate address. Finally I selected another FedEx Centre ( 485 Sainte Cathrine ) and didn t have any issue at the time I picked up my order. I pad 78 $ for nothing just because I chosed the wrong FedEx Centre; that of a SHAMELESS pain in the arse.

You have one employee, big guy, his name is Adam. He’s been extremely rude and not helpful when I came in the other day. Really poor quality customer service.
