The staff was pretty melatonin not overly friendly
Sending stuff abroad through them is absolute nightmare. Their website and automated voice prompts are the worst. Their reps don't follow through. Filing a complaint is futile. Do not use their service!
Excellent service, staff were pleasant and courteous and helpful. Wish all my courier experiences were this easy and stress free!
First off I’m glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews on here. I find them hard to believe after my experience here. I had a complicated shipment to make via FedEx and Tiffany was absolutely outstanding. She spent a lot of time with me and made sure I understood all the paperwork and was extremely helpful Along the way! I highly recommend the Shawnessy Digital Post. Great staff.
