I ordered something and I was busy to receive it in person. So I choose pick up location. Since November 4 it was heading to the center. I called to FedEx and they said we will contact the local FedEx. As you can see, it said the support ticket was resolved but never contacted me. So I called today and asked. They said sorry we lost your package. They told me to contact the one who sent the package to resolve this matter. This kind of service deserves 1 star.
Not recommended. Heed the previous negative reviews and try elsewhere.
"Be present to receive delivery" Doesn't even bother to ring or knock.
