Waited 12 hours for a mirror delivery. Closed my store, lost tones of sales, as I was told I absolutely needed to be home. Was told they would bring it to my appartement and I needed to bused them in. All of a sudden at 7pm got an email that they dropped my giant mirror in the lobby of my condo apartment at 4:44pm I am handicapped, how should I get the mirror to my apartment?
