1st experience: attendant says no printer , I go get print she prints an A4 for the billing, lol . 2nd experience: Attendant asks to wait to call her supervisor doesn’t even call one for over 15mins and tries to avoid to even respond .
I am very disappointed with my experience. My package was supposed to be delivered on May 28, but I still have not received it. I called FedEx customer service three times, and each time I was told that my information was incorrect. However, if my information was wrong, how was FedEx able to contact me and charge me the customs and tax fees? The place does not exist anymore- it appears 3 times on MAP. This was an urgent matter - waisted our time. FedEx - should take better care of their customers
