They don’t even call to drop your package, or leave the Package at your location and then they leave you a note saying that they missed you, this is really bullshit I had to go far away from my home to pick up the package, and that day I was at home whole day

Looks like the bad reviews were from years ago, but I went in today to send out a package and had a great experience. Note that it's located inside the University Health Center Pharmacy (#59), and there is lots of parking out front/around. The pharmacist was friendly and promptly processed my package himself including helping with printing/placing my pre-paid label - thank you! Originally I tried the Authorized ShipCenter just south of here at Keele/Finch, where to my dismay the staff left >1 hr early for the day. Glad I cam... read more
