Looks like the bad reviews were from years ago, but I went in today to send out a package and had a great experience. Note that it's located inside the University Health Center Pharmacy (#59), and there is lots of parking out front/around. The pharmacist was friendly and promptly processed my package himself including helping with printing/placing my pre-paid label - thank you!
