Went in to shop for an online return. Staff was very friendly and very helpful throughout the process. Was very quick and easy process overall. Definitely would recommend supporting this business!
I needed to send an urgent international document via FedEx, so I chose to drop it off at this location. However, my package was not picked up by FedEx until 3 days later because the store owner decided to close early due to personal matters. As a result, my package was not collected by FedEx and sat there throughout the entire weekend. Emergencies can happen, but that does not change the fact that they failed their service irresponsibly. The owner and a new employee don't know anything. They don't know how to operate the FedEx pickup or dropoff system. FedEx should just eliminate this useless store!
