its open just online on google. when i went there no one is there. they wasted my time. when i asked to someone receptionist she told me its not working.

C’est la première fois que j’écris un avis, mais je voulais partager mon expérience. J’ai fait un retour de colis chez Bureau en Gros (FedEx) et l’employé n’a pas été aimable du tout. Il m’a demandé de scotcher moi-même le papier de retour sur le colis, alors que c’est normalement son travail. Il m’a simplement donné le scotch au lieu de m’aider. Je trouve que ce n’est pas professionnel ni accueillant.
I received a notification that my package was dropped off at this location. When I arrived, the trainee behind the counter searched briefly, claimed it wasn’t there, and was rude when I questioned him, he told me aggressively to look by myself. He offered no help. Customer service confirmed the package was there. Another rep found it in two minutes. Terrible experience.
