j’avais une étiquette fait par FedEx pour un retour . Bureau en Gros n’a pas pu le scanner et me demande d’aller directement chez FedEx pour faire mon retour. Apparemment que les étiquettes de retour pré rempli ne scanne pas :(
FedEx is the worst delivery service you can think of! I ordered furniture from IKEA and I paid for home delivery! I took a day off at my own expense and waited for the package! Instead they sent everything to the location and told me to pick it up myself! If I pay for home delivery it is obvious that I have no way to pick it up! The support service simply does not exist! A robot always answers and you can't even contact them by email! I still have to pay extra for a taxi to pick up the already paid delivery! They just lazy a... read more
