This FedEx is inside Staples and not the LCBO, it was a quick visit nice staff.
Worst delivery service, worst tracking system, all around just a crappy service. I hate when my packages end up in their hands. One minute they tell you it's out for delivery the next it's still 4 hours away in another city in facility. Then when its finally out for delivery you're forced to wait all day only to have them claim "they tried to deliver" when you were sitting in your living room staring at the door all day. After 3 days of "failed attepmts" you finally get a crumbling box.
Not happy with service
