Altogether useless. Gives a delivery window from 8am to 8pm. Maybe it works for unemployed people but not for working people. They cannot even bother to call you to give you the heads up. Like every service in Canada has become, this is trash. The country is going down and this is just part of the reason for its demise. So far only amazon gets it right.
