I much appreciated and want to recognize the well-knowledged staff - Gor at the IDA Fedex location, who helped me shipped a Fedex envelope with commercial account as recipient. I went to 3 other Fedex locations and all told me either such thing doesn't exist or the recipient has to prepaid and email me the shipping label which is different from what my client told me.
