Doesn’t accept too big of a package they said ! Close the damn thing
Majority of my international packages arrived damaged with Fedex service while I haven’t had any damaged issues with other shipping carriers like UPS and DHL for years.

Update 2: They do not have FedEx drivers picking up parcels on weekends, which I did not know, and neither did the FedEx employee I spoke with. The employees at Bureau en Gros need to know this so they can advise clients to opt for Monday shipping rather than paying an arm and a leg for overnight shipping on a weekend. I found this out when I called Bureau en Gros to find out why my package wasn't shipped Saturday like it should have been. Maybe it was an oversight, maybe the employees weren't aware or didn't know.
