We sent an item on their guaranteed overnight delivery on Friday morning to arrive Saturday in Victoria Paid an exorbitant fee and it did not arrive. We did get ahold of a customer service representative who said they would try to delivery it on Monday If they say guaranteed they need to put that package at a higher priority.
