Everything about FedEx is awful, completely useless & incompetent- received a notice that delivery was due that day was , I was home all day waiting for the delivery I checked my emails & according to FedEx an attempt at delivery was made & a door tag was left. There was no delivery attempt made & as I stated earlier. I was home all day there was no tag left at my door. Just my opinion, avoid using FedEx at all costs, completely incompetent organization !
The letter mentioned to pick up after 5, but the store closes at 5. I was at home, yet I didn’t see anyone.
Very good service. Did not wait long. Only issue is there's 2 doors so you don't always know which is for the drop off FedEx service. I would recommend.
