Accommodating staff
I would never choose FedEx. Purolator and Canada Post are the only two shipping services I will ever consider. I would send a parcel with the trees in Lord of the Rings before I sent a package with FedEx. I would give negative stars, but Google won't let me.
Driver delivered heavy cartons by flipping them end over end damaging cartons and possibly contents. 3 hrs late from expected time of1 PM (note said between 0900 and 1300. . Delivery arrived at 1641. Very poor service.
