Painfully slow and poor service.
I was available at home during the delivery times and twice they said that we weren’t and missed us. Tried calling customer care but I was not connected to an agent. They expect us to go there to collect even though we paid the shipping fees and falsely sends messages they they attempted delivery
Accommodating staff
I would never choose FedEx. Purolator and Canada Post are the only two shipping services I will ever consider. I would send a parcel with the trees in Lord of the Rings before I sent a package with FedEx. I would give negative stars, but Google won't let me.
