Worst service ever. To many mistakes
I went to the post office today to send some documents. I waited around 45 minutes, and when it was finally my turn, they told me it would cost $120, even though just two weeks ago I had mailed a similar set of documents for only $34. No matter how much I asked for an explanation, they could not provide a clear or convincing answer. I left and went to another branch, where they completed the service without any issue. The service is really slow, it took 20 mins min to serve one person each time, the line is huge. I waited 40 mins for my turn to drop my item.
