Very disappointed with the service center. They only had one person working the service center and the shipping center. I waited over 20 minutes to drop off a package and I needed a receipt. The worker, Pamela, did not keep track of who was there first and decided to serve others who had arrived after me. When I asked her if anyone else was able to help me she said that that person was on her break and that there was nothing she could do. Wasted my time instead of letting me know she wasn’t trained.
