Excellent support but no way to get a cost estimate in advance. Finally delivery price totally unreasonable for a small package.
Ordered a package on Tuesday for overnight delivery. Update sent Wednesday saying it would be delivered Thursday and signature was required so I stayed home to sign for my package. They didn’t show. Got an update Thursday night saying it would be delivered Friday, so I stayed home again and they didn’t show. Called Customer Service at 3 and the automated message said package was still on track to be delivered by 8pm. They didn’t show. Now the new delivery date is Tuesday! One week after ordering, and “overnight” delivery!
