Dropped a package off on Thursday for 2 day Fedex Express - still at the site with no update. I'm done dropping Fedex stuff off at Staples - I'll only drop it off at the airport from now on.
Terrible place, Fedex website they close at 9pm but they make up their own hours.
HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! Beyond disorganized in their deliveries. I am warning you, do NOT use their services. Saying they “tried to deliver” which is dishonest as I was home both times and then trying to say they had the incorrect address. Multiple excuses for not delivering. Multiple days having to wait at home and still nothing!!!!
Tried to avoid using Fedex. Their delivery service is the worst, even worse than CP
